Co-Founder, Strategy & ProductKelly holds a master's degree in Business Development and Management from the University of Montpellier and brings eight years of experience in operations and project management. She has led end-to-end product development and delivery for diverse programs serving more than 20,000 users. On every engagement, she leads discovery, scoping, and client alignment, translating complex organizational goals into clearly defined, achievable solutions that teams can successfully deliver. She remains accountable throughout the process, from initial strategy to final outcomes.

Co-Founder, Engineering & AIWith over twenty years of experience, Joan (pronounced "Joe-ahn", a male name in France) has led the development of major digital systems used at scale.
